Meet Susan Stuffle, P.E. – Your Go-To Lean and Process Improvement Enthusiast!

If there’s one thing Susan Stuffle loves, it’s making things better. As a certified Professional Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she’s all about daily improvements, eliminating waste, and building a culture of problem solvers.

With over 30 years of experience, Susan has worked with everyone—from frontline workers to senior executives—helping organizations streamline processes and achieve efficiency. After an early start in private industry, she played a key role in the federal landscape, shaping the United States Marine Corps’ Lean Six Sigma program.  Susan has taught thousands of students, supported hundreds of process improvement projects, and authored training materials and essential strategic guidance for process improvement.

Susan is also a published author, with books like Lean to the Corps and SPADES under her belt. Whether she’s leading workshops, writing curriculum, or guiding teams through change, her motto remains the same: "Everything we do is a process, and every process can be improved."
